To take this course you must be a Permanent resident of Canada living in Ontario and have completed Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) level 4 or above. To become a citizen, you need to speak and listen at a Canadian Language Benchmarks (CLB) Level 4 or higher. This means that you can:
